Casa Rayito de Luna
As the largest home in San Juan del Sur, Casa Rayito de Luna will provide any vacationer with the ease and comfort of home while still being near the heart of the action. The house is close to night life and shopping but still tucked away in the foothills, so you can enjoy complete relaxation when you want it. This 11 room estate looks over San Juan bay, and the infinity pool has one of the most magnificent views in the country. Lounge in one of the many hammocks, or relax on a day bed near the pool. All the rooms have multiple beds and come complete with A/C to keep you cool. Between the staff and owners treating you like one of their own, the oversized poolside hammocks or just the overall experience, you may not want to ever leave Rayito.
Villa Noche
Villa Noche is an amazing 4 bedroom villa located five minutes from the center of San Juan Del Sur. Perched on top of a lush hill overlooking the Pacific, the sunsets from Villa Noche are truly breathtaking. The property has a large infinity pool, an impressive kitchen, four luxury rooms all complete with their own private bathrooms. The master bedroom has a 270 degree view of the ocean, and a large master bathroom complete with a Jacuzzi tub and a private balcony. Large french doors create an airy living space and provide access to the infinity pool that is less than a meter from the house. Located about 5 mintues away from San Juan, Punta Maria is a beautiful estate with excellent views of the town as well as the Pacific Ocean. Delicately located at the edge of a cliff over looking the San Juan bay, the property has consistent offshore breeze sure to keep you cool on those hot San Juan days. Punta Maria has four bedrooms, all of them with two queen sized beds and a private bathroom. The house has been designed to maximize the outdoors by bringing the nature inside. Casa Sacjuanjoche is by far the largest and most extravagant property in San Juan Del Sur.
